Elizabeth Hurley Engaged to Arun Nayar

This has been news since 2003, folks. But apparently, Arun Nayar’s divorce is final so this marriage to Elizabeth Hurley can proceed. Or can it?

According to Liz, she is physically unable to spend any sustained amount of time in India. She becomes violently ill when she visits the country and claims to be allergic to its water and food.

Recipe for disaster, I say, since Arun needs to spend time in India to run his businesses. A recipe that precludes the use of any water.

The gift I’m giving them: Deliveries from here, for as long as she’s in India. I give the marriage 6 months, so it shouldn’t cost me too much.
