Runaway Bride Jennifer Wilbanks Indicted On False Crime Charges

Yikes! Ms. 'Cold Feet' Wilbanks has officially been indicted for lying to the cops about being kidnapped. She's facing a maximum of 6 years in prison, $11,000 in fines, and potentially footing $40,000 in city search costs. At this rate with legal bills piling up, if she ends up getting married it could be one of the most expensive 'low-budget' weddings of all-time. And some women might argue that prison is better than marrying, but I digress. This is no laughing matter for Wilbanks who is currently at an undisclosed medical facility according to her family. The good news for Jennifer at this point seems to be that a deal could be in the offing;

The indictment does not rule out a plea agreement to lesser charges, Porter said. Authorities had said they were talking to the Wilbanks family about a possible deal.
