Elton John & David Furnish Officially Announce Wedding Date

Same-sex marriages become legal in the U.K. on December 5th. David Furnish, a Canadian film producer, has been dating John for over 11 years.

Gay rocker Elton John and filmmaker partner David Furnish have ended months of speculation and announced the date they will exchange vows. The celebrity couple will tie the knot on December 21 at their country home in Windsor. “We are definitely going to do it and we’re not going to do it in secret,” John told Britain's ITV1.
