Harrison Ford and Calista Flockhart Really Engaged

I know that I told you about this back on July 10, 2006, and now it looks like The National Enquirer was right!

They ARE getting married! Calista Flockhart and Harrison Ford ARE going tie the knot.

After five years together, Ford asked for the former Ally McBeal star's hand in marriage on April Fool's Day, according to a report in Grazia magazine.

On April Fool’s Day? Who’s the fool here? Him for marrying her when he’s been getting the milk for free for five years? Or her for marrying him when he’s already 64 and twice-divorced?

I’d say neither is the fool -- they’ve been together this long in an industry that sees 5 DAYS as long-term. The industry doesn’t even understand what 5 YEARS means. So good on them. Walk the aisle, kids. Enjoy.
