Rumor: Nicky Hilton - David Katzenberg On The Verge

You gotta love it when so much 'rumor' stuff gets leaked to the media that it totally kills any surprise or suspense for the couple. Of course, in this case, as is the case most times, the couple themselves are the ones putting out the info to 'feed the beast' so to speak. So along those lines, the PR-savvy Hiltons are at it again. This time, it's not Paris. Little sis' Nicky Hilton is apparently going to be proposed to by her long-time (365 days) boyfriend-TV producer David Katzenberg over the Christmas holidays while they are vacationing at the Hilton Mansion in Hawaii. So let's get this straight here, we know the 'who', we know the 'when' and we know the 'where'. But of course Little Nicky knows none of this, trust me - she really doesn't.
