Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag Engaged

Pratt purchased the diamond-encrusted platinum band with a pink stone on Monday at Ice at Brentwood Gardens before presenting Montag with his bended-knee proposal, according to a source. An eyewitness at the store tells Us, "She was trying on tons of them and they looked really happy!"

Spencer Pratt bought a best friend for Heidi Montag. I guess that solidifies her rift with Lauren Conrad.

The gift I’m giving them: Age. They’re really young -- Spencer is 23, Heidi is 20. I just got really old. So I’m giving them a few of my years.
