Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott Welcome Baby Boy

Liam Aaron McDermott. That’s the name of the baby boy born to Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott this past Tuesday.

I’m a little surprised that his first name isn’t Aaron, in commemoration of Tori’s late father, but at least the tot got Aaron as his middle name. Good omen for big bucks!

I’m happy with Liam being his first name. I happen to love that name for one special reason: it’s my cousin’s name. Another good omen because my cousin is brilliant, gorgeous, and sweet as pie.

The couple wed in May 2006 and star in the reality series "Tori & Dean: Inn Love," which premieres March 20 on the Oxygen network.

I won’t even comment on the reality series. Why ruin a nice story with THAT?!

The gift I’m giving them: This stuffed animal. The baby’s initials are LAM. Close enough. Add the B for (potential) billionaire.
