Unique Engagement Ideas

For all you men out there who are interested in popping the question to your lady but not sure how to go about it, there are a few ideas that you may like.

Of course you want to make sure that you come up with a unique, personalized idea, one that she is really going to appreciate and which is sure to make her say yes.

Of all the wonderful, exciting ways that a man could ask his girlfriend to marry him, here are a few of the ones I like the very best:

If your girlfriend is a stay at home mom or otherwise is at home for the majority of the day, and you really want to surprise her, hide the ring in a box with your proposal message in a place that she will be certain to look during the day, such as in the butter dish or the silverware drawer.
If you are really bold, and of course if you are sure she will say yes, why not surprise her with an engagement and wedding all at once? Schedule a vacation in Hawaii or Bali where marriage requirements are less, if you know your girl is spontaneous and would love this sort of thing.
If she is a school teacher, you could have the announcement made on the school's PA system, so that all the children and other teachers would hear and get to take part in this special time as well.

To make sure that she is really, truly surprised, you want to avoid anything routine, anything that would make her wise to your plan.

Don't take her to a baseball game, or invite her out somewhere special out of nowhere, or put it in her cake at dinner...not that these ideas aren't still fabulous, but if you want your engagement to be really special, you are going to have to think outside the box.

Any one of the mentioned engagement ideas would be superb, and is sure to make your girlfriend the happiest woman in the world.
