Wedding Photographer: Shira Weinberger

New York based photographer and member of the prestigious Wedding Photojournalist Association (WPJA), Shira Weinberger, is a wedding photographer that you are definitely going to want to consider hiring if you have a wedding or other special event coming up.

She is originally from Israel and has adored the art of photography since she was a child.

In her own words:

I have had the pleasure of photographing many French, Yeminite, Ethiopian, Russian, and Moroccan weddings and events. Through my photojournalistic style, I aim to capture the spontaneity, joy, emotion and ambiance of the important day with photos that present an unfolding story.

In terms of the length of time that she will be present at your wedding, typically she will arrive about one hour prior to the bride leaving for the ceremony, so she can capture the wedding preparation.

She will then photograph the day's events usually until the end of the party, and this amounts to roughly ten hours or so in total of photographic coverage.
